Mindfulness Meditation
Practicing mindfulness meditation allows deepened awareness of all five senses and emotions involving breathing methods and other practices to relax the body, connect with nature, and reduce stress.
We offer two options, one “on the floor”, be it on our yoga pods or in our shala and another completely different experience in the thermal river, where you can sit comfortably in the warm water.
Respiratory connection exercises, aroma therapy and Samandhi meditation are part of the experience. We close the session with a series of asana´s to stretch the body and final relaxation techniques.
